I've been a TriForce member since September 2015 and I'm loving it!
After the painful loss of my dear mother in April 2015, this fitness group came to me as a lifeline. I felt I joined a new loving community who wanted to make a difference in people's lives.
The team at TriForce has that power. They are so engaging and attentive to your needs.
The diversity in workouts makes exercising fun and every week you want to go back for more.The coaches challenge you so that you can excel and reach your fitness goal.
I recently participated in a 6-week fat loss program with TriForce. From the start, a nutritional guide was given to a small group of 6 people who followed weekly focused-group sessions and recorded their meal plan. At the end of the 6 weeks, I had lost inches and lost 10 lbs. So proud!
Thanks to TriForce for all their support with this. I certainly would not have done it without their encouragement and support.

I have been with TriForce since 2015, when I finally made the decision to invest in myself, get healthier and stop complaining about my weight. I have belonged to other gyms but by not attending on my part, it resulted in money loss and frustration. I was disappointed in my lack of self-motivation. I always complained about my clothes not fitting properly and I am one of those people that if I do not see results right away, I fall off the wagon...fast.
TriForce has shown me that I can achieve personal goals, lose weight, get healthy and have motivation. They have shown me that everything doesn't have to happen overnight but I will see results. The trainers (Brooke, Jenn and Grant) kept me motivated, challenged and encouraged and it doesn't hurt having other TriForce members there to push you too.
I look at where I am today in 2017, and the results are FANTASTIC! I have lost weight, gained muscle tone, endurance and strength and best of all I am happier than I have been in a long time. My family and friends have noticed the changes too.
Since joining TriForce my 2 biggest accomplishments were the Dead End Race in June and when I bought my dress for my office party, the tight fitting knit one that was 4 sizes smaller and looked soooo good.
The workouts can be tough but the results worth it! People ask me what it is I am doing and I always say it is TriForce. I would recommend TriForce to anyone who is looking to get healthier and be in better shape.

Having a structure and a plan to all my workouts and making sure that I was not slacking in my workouts. It was easy to take long breaks when working out in a gym alone which made working out very time consuming.
Every time I show up to TriForce there is a set plan made out for the hour long workout. This was often a challenge in the past; figuring out what exercises I was going to do when I was alone at the gym. Not only are the exercises provided and explained each class, the instructors keep you honest with time so you cannot take long breaks as I was previously doing.
One of my goals when I started was simply to stay committed to working out. My other main goal was simply to improve my overall fitness by reducing body fat and gaining muscle mass for playing lacrosse.
Triforce's trainers are great at checking up on you and asking what your next class will be. This helps me be more consistent going to the gym. Since going to Triforce I have been on a steady pace in both losing fat and muscle mass. I have progressively been able to lift heavier and heavier. I have been able to feel the difference while playing lacrosse as well. I am much stronger on my feet.
TriForce has an excellent atmosphere and is for is all levels, whether your and expert or beginner. Also if you have any quick questions about what foods to eat the trainers are great for that. They helped me out big time to have a better understanding of foods and nutrients and there effects.

The classes on site are so much fun, all the participants encourage each other and push each other to strive harder. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, gender, fitness level - we are all represented and supported. I am doing my workouts at home, following a program designed by Brooke and Jenn. Weekly follow ups keep me focused, adjustments are made based on my needs and experiences. I can reach out anytime via FB or email if I have questions or concerns, if I'm not sure I'm doing something right,... anything at all, there is always someone knowledgeable and ready to help me stay on track and keep on working towards my goals. And I don't have to leave the house. Love this personal and individualized way of working out!!

I wondered if I would be able to even minimally keep up with the class. I hadn't much of an idea of what I could actually do physically since my prior activity for many years was just walking. I was concerned that I would not have the stamina, or endurance to push myself physically in a way that was so much more demanding than my usual day to day life. I worried that my commitment to the program would break down and I would give up. Maybe the biggest question was not knowing how much to push myself - how was I to know what my body could actually take, without causing physical damage. TriForce has helped me a great deal with all the concerns that I had in the beginning. Since the coaches are continually suggesting and demonstrating alternative exercises for each set of exercises, it provided me with more of an idea of my own physical limits. This was great since some movements were beyond what I could do. And when those days come when one feels 'less than their best', there is no pressure to push it beyond what one is comfortable with at the time. As far as commitment is concerned, the atmosphere is so enjoyable and easy, (and it's both the coaches and the participants that make this what it is). When my Fitness day comes, I just get up and go. My first goal was to, at least, 'maintain' or not lose what muscle mass I had. The 2nd goal was to 'improve on muscle mass and improve my overall physical condition. The 3rd was to lose some weight, if possible. I believe that I have slowed down or stopped muscle loss to a degree . I haven't challenged any 'ironman' to an arm wrestle or anything, but my Doctor finds that I have improved arm strength and she says that my range in movement and stretch has improved and is better than hers. I also feel in better condition and - someone at Tai Chi said that he noticed that I was building muscle , so my TriForce program must be working! The weight loss, well, I would have to give up a few goodies that prevent me having that Christy Brinkley body and that hasn't happened yet.

Lots of injuries
I have been able to regain function of my knee and become much stronger.
Get in shape.
I have went down a full dress size and am quite pleased.
I like that the trainers challenge you every class, the news letters and workouts in different locations ( toboggan tyranny) are great.

Fear of hurting myself since I am prone to get tendinitis. Also I dont have much time, very little time availability to go to a class. I was also careful not to lose my flexibility by doing weight.
Since I've started I gained 10 pounds of mass (no fat) and feel stronger. And at my big surprise, no tendinitis! That's good for me! As for flexibility, they are always making sure we do stretching after to preserve that. And I did not lose it at all. And they always try to help me fit a training in my week schedule!
Get stronger, stay in shape and healthy. Without losing flexibility.
I feel in good hands, and am on my way.
They know the body extremely well!

I have joined many gyms in the past but the issue was actually going to the gym and doing the classes.
TriForce is different. The atmosphere and the varied classes keep you going day after day, month after month and actually year after year. The TriForce girls, Brooke and Jenn, are actually creating exactly what they want to create: a community "gym" where everyone feels comfortable, classes are fun, there's a jovial and supportive atmosphere that makes you look forward to the next "get together" with your peers, regardless of age, gender, or physical ability.
My top 3 goals when I started was to regain some of my strength, ensure my continued mobility and increase my physical fitness.
The girls have addressed my goals with great ease and success.
I would recommend to anyone to come out and give the gym a try for a month, a week, or even just one class. You will be hooked!

Since I started interval strength training at Triforce 10 months ago [May 2016] I have lost two belt sizes. I used to do up my belt on the first notch and now I can comfortably do it up on the third! I didn't diet or change my food intake, I just go to my class twice a week. I have exchanged fat for muscle! Yeah, baby!
