Game of Life Workout: 2 Steps Forward, 1 Step Back

Ah, the game of life.

Highs, lows, surprising turns, reversals... the beauty of the journey lies in the unknown! It also lies in perseverance. Continuing to push forward despite setbacks.

Mimicking this ever swinging movement, meet the Game of Life workout.

There are 10 exercises. Each work interval is 30-seconds, with 15-seconds break/ transition time in between. In total, you will do each exercise 3 times; however, unlike a traditional circuit, they will be more clustered together. To do the "2 forward, 1 back":

- "forward" to start exercise #1

- forward to exercise #2

- back to exercise #1

- forward to exercise #2

- forward to exercise #3

- back to exercise #2 (it's now done, yay!)

- forward to exercise #3

- forward to exercise #4

- back to exercise #3....... etc

(**NOTE: exercise #1 is the only exercise that you will come back to for one interval at the very end to help finish the last exercise).
