"Do or do not; there is no try" Workout
Nothing feels better than feeling the FORCE of strength!
To become a TriForce Jedi Master takes a lot of balance to control the high ground, strength in order to fight the sith and mental toughness in order to control the force (yes, we're taking May the "Fourth" seriously).
So this month’s workout will test you both mentally and physically in all of the above! Yes, it'll be tough, but remember, as Yoda says “do or do not, there is no try!"
This workout takes ~24 minutes to complete (not including warm-up or cool-down). Begin with 30sec of exercise 1. Rest 15 sec, then move to the next exercise in the series (A2). Keep going and repeating A1-A4 with a 30sec work :15 sec rest ratio until you have done 4 rounds. Rest 60sec then do the same with the B series.
**BONUS: try to complete 30sec for EACH leg for the SL Squats (#1) and SL RDL (#2) ...(*insert maniacal laugh*).
